All reservations must be guaranteed, either by a credit card or cash. All cancellations and changes must be made by 6:00 pm, local time, 48 hours prior to arrival date. Otherwise, either a penalty of one night's room rate plus tax and service will be billed to the credit card or the deposit received for the reservation will be forfeited. Any material changes requested within the cancellation period are subject to approval by the Hotel.
