  • The buffet breakfast is served at Citrus café located on the 2nd floor from 6.00 am – 10.30 am. If breakfast time is too early for you, do not worry as Citrus Café also functions as an A-la carte restaurant.

  • Strictly speaking, the food served is not ‘Vegetarian’, however we have a viarity of dishes available that are suitable substitutes such as salads, bread at buffet counter. Main course upon request.

Furthermore, we do not charge without proper authorization from the guest. However, select packages may require full pre-payment at the time of booking but this will be made known at the time of making the reservation. Guests can choose to settle the bill in cash or credit card at the time of check-out.

  • Our hotel uses SSL secure encryption to ensure that all your personal information and credit card details are kept confidential. The security of information is very important for us.
    For added security, guests are requested to present the credit card used in the online booking/purchase of accommodation together with personal identification (ID card or passport) upon check-in. Should you not wish to submit your credit card information online, we are pleased to accept reservations via fax or phone. However, credit card information will still be required to guarantee the reservation.

  • All reservations must be guaranteed, either by a credit card or cash. All cancellations and changes must be made by 6:00 pm, local time, 48 hours prior to arrival date. Otherwise, either a penalty of one night's room rate plus tax and service will be billed to the credit card or the deposit received for the reservation will be forfeited. Any material changes requested within the cancellation period are subject to approval by the Hotel.
